Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are calculated at the time you checkout.
Shipping charges are based on the value of your order, address and choice of carrier. Additional charges might occur because of weight, size, and speed of delivery or address not serviced by the primary carrier. We will contact you, if any of those conditions pertain to your order.
For some remote locations not serviced by Purolator, special arrangements have to be made. Additional charges might occur and we will contact you prior to shipping.
For USA and International destinations we will contact you with shipping costs. No trials are possible outside Canada. Standard refund policies apply.
We offer two choices of delivery: Canada Post and Purolator. Both offer excellent, reliable service. We will send your order the most economical way without compromising delivery time. We reserve the right to choose the delivery method that is in your best interest, i.e. same delivery time but lower price.
Due to discrepancies with inter-provincial taxes, shipping charges may vary slightly from what your online order states. We will contact you with any large discrepancies.
Canada Post offers reliable, fast service in most cases within the same time frame and cost as Purolator. Canada Post also offers several shipping options i.e. Expedited (the default shipping method) and Express.
Purolator: Purolator is the courier service we offer. This is suitable for faster delivery in some areas or larger and heavier shipments. In some locations shipping costs are higher because of a subcontractor. In this case a “hold for pick-up” option at a Purolator agent in the next bigger city might be an option. For all Purolator shipments we require a physical address – PO Boxes only pertain to Canada Post shipments.
U.S.A. and International SHIPPING
We offer shipping to the USA and most parts of the world through Canada Post, which eliminates brokerage charges for customs clearance. We will contact you concerning shipping charges for your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Always keep your receipt!
We are happy to make exchanges and refunds provided that the equipment has not been used or damaged. Please return your merchandise in its original condition, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit excluding shipping expenses. Items returned past the 30 days of purchase may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Apparel must have tags attached. Original boxes and packaging must be un-damaged, free of shipping labels (please re-wrap your return items for shipping). Blankets, sheets and similar items can only be returned clean, un-used and with all labels intact.
We strongly suggest to mail the item back to us by Ground Mail with tracking option and value insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered. Please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with the carrier.
Please call before to discuss your return options. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we cannot accept “freight collect” returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. We require a note with your name, daytime telephone number and a brief explanation for our records, as well as a copy of the sales invoice or the receipt number of the sales invoice.
Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough. Items to be returned should be properly protected with all the packaging we used to send it to you or appropriate shipping packaging. All shipping boxes and containers have to be properly taped and sealed. The box or shipping container has to have your name and address visible. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit.
The following items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund, due to copyright and/or safety reasons:
Personalized or custom ordered items
Books and videos
Computer software only as an exchange for the same item
Supplements and oral remedies
